Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectation, recommend it. Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was savoury and delicious. The breakfast offered a huge variety of brilliant meals. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I appreciated the homely touch. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the hotel was also a plus. the hosts were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the excellent croissants.
I didn't feel completely secure leaving my valuables in a room that didn't have a lock. It made me a bit uncomfortable.

We had a fabulous time at this hidden gem! The building was absolutely stunning, with beautiful rooms and a magnificent house. The bathroom and shower were perfect for some much-needed relaxation after a long journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was warm and cozy. The owner was friendly and welcoming, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. The location was lovely and provided a quiet retreat along the Wye Valley. We also loved the fact that our dog was made very welcome, and there were charming gardens to sit in.
That the breakfast options were limited, with no full English available. the location was a bit tricky to find, but the owner provided helpful directions.
